• In-salon training for new hires/In-salon education with in-salon coaches and aveda purefessionals.
• After one consecutive year on the floor, the salon will pay full cost of any advanced cut/color/make up education course.
• There are opportunities to advance in the salon to being a salon educator, cut coach, color coach, design coach, beauty coach.
• Attending and teaching the Aveda Spring/summer collection and Fall/Winter collections to fellow team members.
• Opportunity to have input in monthly salon team meetings, salon systems and salon policies. Everyone’s input is valuable.
• Develop teamwork relationships with fellow Keith Noonan Salon team members.
• After 180 days of employment
  • 50% paid health insurance premium for full time employees at front desk and 50% for full time stylists/colorists upon completion of 5 filled days of training.
  • 40% family discounts for team members’s family on aveda products and services.
• Service providers will receive 10% retail commission per week if their retail sales meet and/or exceed 10% of their service totals. The commission is kept in an account which the team member can use to purchase professional items with, such as tools and education, not subject to payroll taxes. The team member may also wish to periodically receive the commission in paycheck form, which would be subject to payroll taxes.

How and why we do it this way

At Keith Noonan Salon we hire for attitude and train for success. We only hire positive, self motivated team players to participate in our training system. During this time you will learn theory, practical application and time management, as well as the skills to build your book and retain clients. The course takes as little as six months and will be done mainly on models. Our system encourages growth through experience. Through clear objectives you are guaranteed the opportunity for three promotions per year; each promotion increases your value by twenty percent and there is no ceiling on the amount of money you can earn.
